Shipping and Handling
For a limited time, standard delivery is free of charge on orders of $50 or more before taxes. For all orders under $50, a flat fee of $8.95 will be added to your final bill. Express shipping is also available at a cost of $14.95.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
You can only indicate one shipping address per order. If you are shopping for people with different addresses, you must make a separate order for each address.
Online shopping orders are processed for shipping after the availability of the items is confirmed. Delivery is usually completed within three (3) to nine (9) working days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays) for a standard delivery, and two (2) to four (4) days for express delivery. However, please allow up to fifteen (15) working days for delivery to remote locations.
Orders are shippedacross Canada onlyvia Canada Post.
Tracking your Order
When your online order is shipped, Canada Post will send a message to the e-mail address you provided during your online purchase order. It will confirm that your order has left our premises and give you the tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your package.
We are currently unable to accept or process international orders.
Shipping and Handling
All items purchased through the Aubainerie.com website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that Aubainerie assumes the risk for the loss of ordered items as soon as we give them to the carrier. Ownership of these articles is transferred to you when you take possession of the parcel at the destination, whether at the shipping address provided during the purchase of the online order or at a Canada Post outlet, the date of delivery postmarked by Canada Post. When returning or exchanging items by mail, Aubainerie assumes the risk for the loss of the returned items as soon as you return the parcel to Canada Post according to the guidelines detailedin the Return or Exchange of an Online Purchasesection below. Ownership of these articles is then transferred to Aubainerie when Canada Post takes possession of the parcel. In the event that instructions detailed in the Return or Exchange of an Online Purchasesection are not followed, you assume the risk for the loss until we receive the package at which time Aubainerie will take possession of the said merchandise.

Currently, we cannot accept online payments by debit cards and gift cards. However, you can use them at any time in our stores.
Online Shopping Receipt
You will be sent an online purchase receipt to the e-mail address provided during the purchase of the online order.
Registering your credit card and storing your data
You can register one or more credit cards to your Aubainerie account, to avoid having to re-enter your payment information for future purchases. As an added security measure, no confidential data is stored on our own servers. Only the first four and last four digits of your credit card will be displayed in your Aubainerie account, to help you identify your credit cards quickly. You can manage or delete a registered credit card from your Aubainerie account at any time.
Your payment information is securely stored by Moneris, the credit card processing platform we use for Aubainerie.com. Moneris is Canada's largest financial technology company that specializes in payment processor and acquirer of debit and credit card payments and provides you with the highest level of security in your transactions on our website. By choosing to save a credit card to your Aubainerie.com account, you consent to the confidential and secure transmission and storage of your information in the form of a payment token on Moneris' servers. You can terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your registered credit cards from your Aubainerie.com account. You will be notified by email if ever there is a change to this consent agreement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the item you purchased does not suit you, you can return it and receive a full refund. However, for hygiene reasons, we will not refund or exchange the following items: underwear, swimsuits, socks, tights, and earrings. You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return any item that has not been worn, washed or altered and with the original tags.
You can exchange or receive a refund at the Aubainerie store of your choice. Visit the Aubainerie.com site to find the store closest to you. When you come to one of our stores, please ensure to have the following:
- The online invoice. You must print the invoice received via email or you can show it using your mobile device to obtain a refund. Otherwise, without your invoice, you will only be able to exchange the item.
- The item you wish to return.
The amount of thereturn will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The computer system used in stores cannot research on an online order.
Aubainerie provides free shipping for items returned by mail in Canada. To return merchandise by mail, please follow these steps:
- Send us an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com.
- In your e-mail, tell us your name, telephone number and order number.
- Please list the number of each item you wish to return. If you return your entire order, simply indicate that.
- Take one (1) copy of your original invoice and circle the items you are returning. For each of the items circled, please indicate the reason for returning it by writing one of the following codes next to it:
- A. Too big
- B. Too small
- C. Not what I thought
- D. Arrived too late
- E. Damaged or defective
- F. Wrong item or colour
- G. Double shipment received
- H. Changed mind
- I. Other
- Carefully wrap the items to be returned and attach the updated copy of the receipt. Keep the other copies for your records.
- Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package to be returned and drop it off at a Canada Post location.

You can also contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The amount of the return made will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless you have received an item in error. Please allow one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Aubainerie applies the sales tax on products ordered through this website. The applicable sales taxon an order depends on the delivery address of the order. 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to all orders in all provinces, with the exception of the following provinces where the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) is added to all orders: Nova Scotia (15%) and Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador (13%). In addition, the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) is added to all orders in Quebec (9.975%).
If you return an item for a refund, the tax you paid for this item will also be refunded. However, you will not be refunded the taxes paid on shipping and handling for this item, as these fees are not refundable once the package has been shipped.
Aubainerie asks you to read these online purchase conditions onthe website carefullybefore making a purchase so that you are fully aware of all aspects of such a transaction.
PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ONLINE
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the products appearing on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour representation on your computer screen is accurate.
On the online store, you can view and find information about each item before adding it to your Shopping Cart. When you want to purchase an item, simply click on the "Add to Cart"icon and it will be automatically transferred to your Shopping Cart. If you do not want to order some items, simply Modify your Shopping Cart. Once you have finished your online shopping and Confirmed your cart, click "Proceed to checkout" to proceed to the Billing, Delivery and Payment steps.
CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
You can Confirmand Modify your Shopping Cart as many times as you like before you click "Proceed to checkout" and proceed to the Billing, Delivery and Payment steps.
Please note that it is not possible to Cancel or Modify an order after all payment steps have been completed. You must wait until you receive your item, return it by mail or to an Aubainerie or Aubainerie Concept Mode store and we will refund you accordingly.
Once the transaction is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction status.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on our website. We can, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or with the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders with an identical billing and/or shipping address. In the event of a modification or cancellation of an order, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail and/or at the billing address and/or phone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
MODIFICATION OF INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITE
The dates of the offers, prices and availability of items on our website may change without notice. We work tirelessly to only present the items available and to renew our stocks regularly. It is possible that an item, size or colour is out of stock when you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the date of the receipt, availability and price of each item ordered. Occasionally,we may have to cancel an order placed on our website if, for example, the items ordered cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive to meet your needs by all means possible, we reserve the right to revise a price or inaccurate product description and cancel or refuse an order for an item with an inaccurate price or description. These corrections could be made after the order has been accepted.
