Returning by mail

Aubainerie provides free shipping for items returned by mail in Canada. To return merchandise by mail, follow the steps below:

  1. Take one (1) copy of your original invoice and circle the items you are returning. For each of the items circled, please indicate the reason for returning it by writing one of the following codes next to it:
    • A. Too big
    • B. Too small
    • C. Not what I thought
    • D. Arrived too late
    • E. Damaged or defective
    • F. Wrong item or colour
    • G. Double shipment received
    • H. Changed mind
    • I. Other
  2. Carefully wrap the items to be returned and attach the updated copy of the receipt. Keep the other copies for your records.
  3. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package to be returned and drop it off at a Canada Post location.
  4. Send the package to the following address:

We will ensure that your refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the refund at our warehouse.

You can also contact us via e-mail at [email protected]. The amount of the return made will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless you have received an item in error. Please allow one (1) to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
