Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more before taxes. This offer is valid in Canada only, on merchandise ordered online and may change during promotions. For orders of less than $75 before taxes, a fixed shipping fee of $8.95 will be added to your final receipt. Express shipping is also available for $14.95*.

**Important message delivery time**

We would like to inform you that we have received many orders following our end-of-season promotion. The resulting delay is approximately 10 working days. We will do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

 

Standard delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) under normal circumstances*, while express delivery takes between 1 and 3 working days. Orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches its destination!

* * Delivery to remote locations may take up to 15 working days.

 

Orders are shipped and delivered by Canada Post, across the country*. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to follow your package until it arrives at its destination! 

 

* Please note that we do not ship internationally. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Merchandise returns are free of charge and must be made within 30 days from the date of online purchase*.

 

There are two ways to return items purchased online:

  • In store*: Simply go to the Aubainerie store of your choice with the receipt of the online purchase, either paper or electronic format, and the item you wish to return.
  • By mail: Simply follow the procedure that was inserted in your package.

 

Exchanges can be made in store only. However, it is possible to return an item and place a new order afterwards.

 

Items purchased on aubainerie.com cannot be returned at Aubainerie Entrepôt stores.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

It is not possible to return merchandise purchased in store by mail.

 

AUBAINERIE STORES

Returns and exchanges of merchandise must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
You may return or exchange items at any Aubainerie store, except Aubainerie Entrepôt stores*.

 

AUBAINERIE ENTREPÔT STORES

Returns and exchanges of merchandise must be made within 15 days of the date of purchase.

You may return or exchange items at any Aubainerie Entrepôt store.

In order to make a return or exchange, it is important to keep the original receipt and make sure that all labels remain on the garments.

 

The items must therefore not have been altered, worn or washed.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

Items on sale or in liquidation with a discount of 50% or more of the list price cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

For hygienic reasons, no exchanges or refunds are given for the following items:

  • men’s or women’s underwear (panties, bras, boxers and briefs)
  • socks for men or women
  • tights for women
  • earrings
